Terms of Service

We offer a 'No Hassle Returns' policy. Customers are able to return any item that does not perform as specified by the manufacturer's instructions. We require Return Requests from customers within 7 days of the delivery date. Restocking Fees are applied to orders where the reason for the return was 'no fault of the Seller' (Xpress Retail Outlet Store) (i.e., the customer changes his/her mind). The basic Restocking Fee Charge is 20% of the order total. Return Shipping Charges for such orders will also be the responsibility of the Buyer. Instances where the reason for the return is due to a fault or inability of the Seller (Xpress Retail Outlet Store), no restocking and or return shipping charges will be incurred by or charged to the Buyer.
